2011 FINA World Championships - Men's 25K Race

English Channel world record holder and the dominant FINA Grand Prix swimmer of the 21st century Petar Stoychev of Bulgaria pulled out a tremendously fast last loop of the 25K race at the 2011 FINA World Swimming Championships in Shanghai, China. Under terribly water conditions that exceeded 31°C, Stoychev won his first world championship race.
