Alex Kostich is a 3-time Pan American Games gold medalist and former All-American swimmer at Stanford University. He is also one of the world's fastest open water swimmers and best masters swimmers as well as a Vice President at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California.

He has won dozens of open water swims from California to the Caribbean including the Bora Bora Liquid Festival and the St. Croix Coral Reef Swim Race (14 times). He has also won the Waikiki Roughwater Swim three times and the La Jolla Rough Water Swim six times.
