Atlantic City Around-the-Island Marathon Swim was formerly a marathon swimming race held in Atlantic City, New Jersey that was around Absecon Island and 37 kilometers (22.5 miles) in distance. The competition was started in 1954 and was considered one of the most difficult marathon swims on the World Professional Marathon Swimming Federation pro circuit.

Swimmers were escorted by lifeguard boats rowed by local lifeguards.
