- Open Water 101 is designed for the beginner swimmer or triathlete who has never attempted an open water swim. The focus of this session is to remove the fear of open water swimming and get you more comfortable being in the ocean. This session will include beach instruction as well as a hands-on portion in the water.
- Open Water 201 is designed as a follow-up to Open Water 101 and will progress the swimmer from the basics of open water swimming, to more specific techniques to improve your times when swimming open-water. Content will include a thorough review of the techniques learned in 101 as well as more detailed instruction on improving your approach and tactics to racing an open water event.
