Bridgette Hobart is an American open water swimmer from Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey who completed the Manhattan Island Marathon Swim on 23 June 2012 in 8 hours 50 minutes, the 24-mile 2011 Tampa Bay Marathon Swim in 11 hours 51 minutes, the 10 km Bermuda Round the Sound Swim in 2009 and 2010, the 12.5-mile Swim Around Key West, the 2011 Ederle Swim in 6 hours 44 minutes as well as the Governors Island Swim, Great Hudson River Swim, Little Red Lighthouse Swim, Statue of Liberty Swim, Brooklyn Bridge Swim, and the 15.1-mile (24.3 km) Cape Circumnavigation Challenge around Cape May, New Jersey. She is also a member of the Catalina Channel Half Century Club for her 2012 crossing of the Catalina Channel in 11 hours 27 minutes at the age of 50 under the auspices of the Catalina Channel Swimming Federation. She will compete in the 2014 S.C.A.R. Swim Challenge, a stage swim in Arizona.

She is a CPA, CITP and President of Paradigm Technology Consulting, a Allentown, New Jersey-based company that provides comprehensive solutions and services to optimize business processes.
