Carol Hunt of Great Britain was inducted in 1994 as an Honour Swimmer in the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame. Carole and her sister Sarah Hunt became the first twins to successfully swim across the English Channel in 1988 in 9 hours 29 minutes.
