Christian Reichert (born February 7, 1985) is a German police officer and professional open water swimmer who specializes in the 5 km and 10 km events.

International Career

Reichert has been a long-time member of the German national open water swimming team. He finished second in the 2011 FINA 10KM Marathon Swimming World Cup series. He is married to Nadine Reichert who also finished second in the 2011 FINA 10KM Marathon Swimming World Cup series.

He is also the world record holder of the 5km Descenso a Nado de la Ría de Navia, as is Nadine Reichert and won the 2013 FINA 10K Marathon Swimming World Cup race in Eilat, Israel.
