Craig Lenning of Denver, Colorado is a renowned American marathon swimmer. He is a member of the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming who successfully crossed the English Channel, the Catalina Channel, the Tsugaru Channel, the Cook Strait, and the Manhattan Island Marathon Swim. He has also completed one of the world's most difficult marathon swims, the North Channel on 27 July 2011 to have 5 of the 7 channels of the Oceans Seven completed. He also won the 24-mile Tampa Bay Marathon Swim which he won in a time of 10 hours 17 minutes. He is also a member of the International Ice Swimming Association and completed a solo crossing of Lake Tahoe in 11 hours 0 minutes 26 seconds.Contents |
