Csaba Gercsak

Csaba Gercsák (born 19 August 1988 in Budapest, Hungary} is a Hungarian open water swimmer. He competed in the 2008 Beijing Olympic 10K Marathon Swim. In the 2009 World Championships he placed 13th in the 10K and 15th in the 5K. He is a management major at the University of Florida. He is the son of Imre Gercsak and Eva Papp. He has three brothers and two sisters, all of whom are swimmers.

He participated in the 2011 FINA World Championships in Shanghai, China where he medaled in the 25 km marathon swim. He finished 18th in the Olympic 10km Marathon Swim.
