Dan Slosberg is an open water swimmer who successfully completed the Catalina Channel (MC) on September 6, 1977 in 9 hours 40 minutes. On September 10, 1978 he did a double crossing (MCM) in 19 hours 32 minutes with his first split (MC) being 8 hours and 50 minutes.
