Dieter Loeliger is an Australian open water swimmer from Margaret River in Western Australia who has completed 14 crossings of the Rottnest Channel Swim in western Australia. As a member of the Half Century Club, he is the oldest swimmer who has completed the 19.7 km marathon swim at the age of 79 years in 2011 when he swim in 8 hours 4 minutes.

In each of Loeliger's crossings, he has been the eldest swimmer in the event. He has also assisted swimmers in training for several Rottnest Channel Swims over the years.
