Donald Uijtenbogaart

Donald Uijtenbogaart (born 1947) from Amsterday, Netherlands and the Het Y swimming club is a member of the Dutch Masters Swimming Hall of Fame and a 6-time winner of the 3-kilometer race in Yalta at the European Masters Swimming Championships. Since its introduction in 2001 of the 3-km Open Water Championships, Uijtenbogaart has won all the European titles in his age-group. He has also won his other European titles in Cadiz, Spain (2009), Bled, Slovenia (2007), Stockholm, Sweden (2005), Pareloup, France (2003) and Palma, Spain (2001).

He won the 14th FINA World Masters Championships 3 km race in Riccione, Italy on 17 June 2012 in 33:50.5 in the 65-69 age group.
