Eileen Burke is an American open water swimmer who completed the 20-mile Provincetown to Plymouth in Massachusetts on 21 August 2012 (P2P Swim). She also completed the Ederle Swim in 2010 (5 hours 44 minutes) and 2011 (7 hours 8 minutes), the Manhattan Island Marathon Swim in 2011 (8 hours 45 minutes), and the Little Red Lighthouse Swim in 1998, 2009, 2010 and 2011. She competed in the inaugural Cold Water Challenge in Fairfield, Connecticut.
