Erwin Maldonado Saavedra (born 25 July 1983 in San Cristóbal) is a professional marathon swimmer from Venezuela. He is a two-time Olympian in the Olympic 10km Marathon Swim, both in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2012 London Olympics. He finished a strong 10th in the Beijing Olympics marathon swim and 13th at the 2012 London Olympic Games. He participated in the 2011 FINA World Championships in Shanghai, China.
