Franco Prezioso is an American triathlete and open water swimmer from Bel Air, Maryland who has done the 10 km Little Red Lighthouse Swim in New York City, the 10-mile Swim the Suck in Tennessee, the Kingdom Swim in Vermont, the Maryland Swim for Life, the Great Chesapeake Bay Swim, the Potomac River Swim, the Nanticoke River Swim and Triathlon, the Purple Swim Bud Beatty and numerous other open water swims and triathlons.

He completed the 27-mile (43 km) END-WET swim on 13 July 2013 in 8 hours 53 minutes and the 15.1-mile (24.3 km) Cape Circumnavigation Challenge marathon swim around Cape May, New Jersey organized by Jason Malick and sanctioned by the World Open Water Swimming Association.

END-WET

The Extreme North Dakota Watersports Endurance Test or END-WET, is a 36-mile (57.9 km) mixed-sports event where solo and relay open water swimmers pit themselves against other endurance athletes down the Red River between North Dakota and East Grand Forks, Minnesota in the United States. It is one of the longest marathon swims in the world. The event is organized and directed by Andy Magness.
