Heinrich Langer

Heinrich Langer is an open water swimmer from South Africa who competed in the inaugural 5.3 km Atlantic Dash in Cape Town. He is also a member of the International Ice Swimming Association and completed the Cameron's Swim of Courage, a swim from Robben Island to 3 Anchor Bay.
