Jacob Meisenheimer (born 1998) is an American pool and open water swimmer from Florida. He was the youngest person to ever complete the Lucky's Lake Swim) and the Aquatica 1K Swim. He also won the age-group division in the 2013 Hurricane Man swim in St. Petersburg, Florida.
