Jason Kask M.Ed
Jason Kask,d is the High Performance Coaching Assistant for USA Triathlon at the USA Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

A former age-group competitive swimmer at the Duluth YMCA, he competed in Nordic skiing, cross country, track and rowing. He earned a berth on five Midwest Junior National Teams in Nordic skiing and at the Northwestern International Rowing Association Championship won every junior title available before deciding to focus on skiing in college.

After high school, he continued to compete in both skiing and running winning titles in both. After college, Kask worked with the Duluth Rowing Club and then assisted the College of St. Scholastica's Ski Team. He also coached track and field at Duluth Central High School and Duluth East High School, and the Sisu Ski Foundation and Central Cross Country Skiing as the Duluth/Cloquet Masters Chapter Coach.

In December 2008 he became exercise physiology certified (EPC) by the American Society of Exercise Physiologists. In 2011, he completed his masters in applied kinesiology with an emphasis in sport and exercise science at the University of Minnesota.
