John Coningham-Rolls is the current visionary and proprietor of Coningham-Rolls Swimming Holidays. Having spent nearly 10 years organising and establishing swimming holidays throughout the world, he has now launched his own select swim locations focusing initially on UK and European destinations. By conducting his own research and with the helpful suggestions of many personal friends of whom some actually own their own private islands, he has established a portfolio of swim locations ranging from the tranquil to the unique.

With solo swims of the English Channel, Manhattan Island Marathon Swim and Lake Zurich and half and full Ironmans in the UK and Florida, John has used his own personal experience in swimming and triathlon to encourage and help countless people in achieving their own personal goals. As a former member of the UK Professional Speaking Association focusing on motivation and project management, he has adapted his speaking experience and practical knowledge to assist people from a wide range of swimming backgrounds. Whether beginners needing the confidence to start or English Channel hopefuls needing the courage to continue, he has used this experience and knowledge to make the seemingly unattainable challenge for many become a reality. Aside from organising his swimmming holidays, as Vice President of International Winter Swimming Association, John continues to advise and help select the host venue of this popular biannual championship including the forthcoming event in Rovaniemi, Finland in 2014.
