John Matthews is an escort boat pilot with the Farallon Islands Swimming Federation. He owns and operates JAWS, a Grand Banks 32 footer, with Lisa Matthews that is available for escorting solo and relay swimmers between the Golden Gate Bridge and the Farallon Islands.
