Körös River

Körös River (Romanian: Criș, German: Kreisch) is a 195 km river in eastern Hungary formed at the confluence of the rivers Fehér-Körös (Romanian: Crișul Alb) and Fekete-Körös (Romanian: Crișul Negru) near Gyula. All three rivers have their source in the Apuseni Mountains in Romania. The Körös flows into the Tisza River near Csongrád.

Gábor Molnár of Hungary swam 37.2 km down this river in 2012, 20.48 km in 2013, and 48.5 km in August 2013.
