Keri-Anne Payne, born December 9, 1987 in Johannesburg, South Africa, is a British Olympic pool and open water swimmer and silver medalist in the Olympic 10K Marathon Swim at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. She was a gold medalist at the 2009 and 2011 World Swimming Championships and is considered the pre-race favorite for the 2012 London Olympics 10K Marathon Swim.

Payne represented Great Britain at the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the women's 200 meter individual medley, 400 metre individual medley and the Olympic 10K Marathon Swim.

She lives in Heywood, Greater Manchester and also swims a variety of other pool and open water swimming events. At the 2009 World Swimming Championships held in Rome and the 2011 World Swimming Championships held in Shanghai, Payne won the 10K marathon swim, solidifying her reputation as the world's best 10K swimmer.

Keri-Anne is ranked in the 2011 FINA World Cup Rankings and won the 2011 FINA World Championships in the 10K Olympic qualifier in Shanghai, China. She was named as the 2011 Swimming World Magazine's Open Water Swimmer of the Year and was nominated for the 2011 World Open Water Swimming Woman of the Year.
