noun - The LOST Route is a 42.2 km (26.2 mile) crossing of Lake Ontario in Canada. Established by Melanie Price of L.O.S.T. Swimming in 2011, the course goes from Port Dalhousie to Oakville, Canada.

Rob Kent also completed the LOST Route across Lake Ontario.
