Laura Lopez Bonilla

Laura Lopez Bonilla is a Spanish open water swimmer who has swum the English Channel solo twice in 2002 and 2006 (as the second Spanish woman). She has participated in seven English Channel relays including a two-way crossing. She is also the first Spanish swimmer to have swum around the island of Jersey (Channel Islands). She also completed the Catalina Channel in August 2012 in 14 hours 31 minutes under the auspices of the Catalina Channel Swimming Federation to complete 2 channels of the Oceans Seven.
