Magdy Mandour is a professional Egyptian marathon swimmer who competed on the World Professional Marathon Swimming Federation circuit. He finished second in the 24 Heures La Tuque race in La Tuque, Quebec, Canada in 1974 with Marwan Ghazawi, and third in the 24 Heures La Tuque race in 1975 with Marwan Ghazawi, and fourth in the 24 Heures La Tuque race with Marwan Ghazawi in 1978.
