Martin Vleggaar is a 36-year-old South African open water swimmer from Cape Town who completed the Swim For Hope, an 8 km ocean swim from Diaz Beach to Buffels Bay around Cape Point in South Africa, in 2 hours 35 minutes. It was a charity swim for the Little Fighters Cancer Trust.
