Mary Martha Sinn (Marty Sinn) is an American open water swimmer who was inducted in the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame in 1963 as an Honour Swimmer.

Sinn finished second overall in the 24 km (15-mile) Canadian National Exposition in Lake Ontario in 1963 and was the first woman in the 36 km (22.5-mile) Around the Island Swim in Atlantic City, USA in 1964 (Atlantic City World's Championship Professional Long Distance Swim). She also swam a professional marathon swim in the Suez Canal in Egypt as well as several other professional races.
