Nancy Steadman-Martin

Nancy Steadman-Martin is an attorney based out of New York and an American open water swimmer from Oceanport, New Jersey. She is a board member of the Swim Free organization, one of the oldest successful swimmers of the English Channel and a member of the Half Century Club and the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming.

She has completed numerous open water swims, both short and far, including the Ederle Swim in 2010 in 5 hours 26 minutes and in 2006 in 5 hours 53 minutes, Manhattan Island Marathon Swim in 2003 in 8 hours 8 minutes, in 2009 in 7 hours 33 minutes, in 2007 in 9 hours 44 minutes, in 2000 in 9 hours 3 minutes, and in 1984 in 8 hours 8 minutes and with the Mighty Mermaids in 2009 in 7 hours 33 minutes.

She also completed the Catalina Channel in 2008 in 11 hours 41 minutes, the English Channel in 2004 in 11 hours 20 minutes and the Tampa Bay Marathon Swim in 2004 in 10 hours 8 minutes.
