Neville Smith is a pool and open water swimming coach, prolific writer and reporter of aquatic events and competitions, promoter of open water swimming and a member of the board of directors of the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame where he serves as the Africa Co-Vice President along with Wayne Riddin.
