Oliver Turner is an American open water swimmer who completed a crossing of the English Channel (12:53 in 1995) and a circumnavigation of Manhattan Island. He founded the Horsetooth Open Water Swim in Colorado while a graduate student. He is a 3-time finisher of the Manhattan Island Marathon Swim: 2006 in 9:07:21, 1998 in 8:35:25, and 1994 in 7:58:32.
