PJ Duffy is a South African open water swimmer who tied for first with Siegfried Lokotsch in the first annual 2.5 km Shell Festival Sea Swim, a 2.5 km swim through Boneyards at Jeffreys Bay in the Eastern Province of South Africa.

Duffey completed the 5 km Shipwreck swim in Cape Town in 11ºC water on 2 December 2012. He has also completed the 8 km Nelson Bay Bell Buoy Challenge and finished second overall at the inaugural JBay Cold Water Swim Classic 12.5ºC water in Marina Martinique near Jeffreys Bay on the Eastern Cape of South Africa. He won the 3 km swim in Round 1 in 2013 Metsi Open Water Swim Series in Marina Martinique near Jeffreys Bay.
