noun - Panda eyes is the appearance of skin of pronounced paleness on a swimmer's temple and around their eyes relative to the rest of their face that has been suntanned by prolonged exposure to ultraviolet radiation in a pool, outdoors or in the open water.

The young woman had panda eyes after her long workout in the pool.

Synonym

Goggle tan, raccoon eyes. Also related to Swim cap tan.
