Rachele Bruni (born 1990) is a world-class open water swimmer from Italy's national swim team. She specializes in the 1500 meter freestyle, 5 km open water and 10 km marathon swim.

She participated in the 2011 FINA World Championships in Shanghai, China where she got fourth in both the 5 km race and the 5 km team pursuit relay competitions. She also won the 2011 World University Games (26th Universiade) 10K marathon swim in Shenzhen, China.

She finished second in the 2013 Campionato Italiano Assoluto 10 km race in Luogo Napoli, Italy and participated in the 5 km solo and 5 km team pursuit relay competitions at the 2013 FINA World Championships in Barcelona, Spain.
