Rob Madell is a retired mathematician, mathematics educator, and Vice President of Children’s Television Workshop. His website is devoted to helping parents help their children to learn arithmetic.

Swimming Career

Rob swam for Stuyvesant High School in New York City and he was captain of the swimming team at SUNY Binghamton. U.S. Masters Swimming recognized Rob as an All-American in 2007 and 2012. In 2008 he competed in the FINA World Masters Championships in Perth, Australia. In 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 he was the oldest finisher in the Kingdom Swim 10-mile race.
