Internships

Open Water Swimming LLC

Muñatones interned at Open Water Swimming LLC during the summer of 2011. She helped organize the 2011 International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame induction ceremonies at the United Nations and the 2011 Global Open Water Swimming Conference at Columbia University in New York City.

KAATSU USA LLC

Muñatones is currently conducting a research study on the efficacy of KAATSU Training on athletic performance. Her research is focused on the athletic performance improvements due to moderately restricting the venal blood flow during exercise, specifically looking at improvements in vertical leap.
