Spyridon ("Spyros") Gianniotis (Greek: Σπυρίδων "Σπύρος" Γιαννιώτης; born February 19, 1980 in Liverpool, Merseyside) is a distance freestyle specialist from Greece, who was born in England. He won three individual medals at the 2005 Mediterranean Games, and represented his native country at three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 2000.

He is one of the fastest marathon swimmers in the world and was a pre-race favorite to qualify for the 2012 London Olympics 10K Marathon Swim.

Spyros rose to the occasion in Shanghai and will compete in the 2012 London Olympic 10K Marathon Swim by virtue of his gold medal victory in the 10K race at the 2011 FINA World Championships. He was nominated for the 2011 World Open Water Swimming Man of the Year.
