Stephen Wargo is an American open water swimmer who swum across Lake Erie on 1 August 2013 in 19 hours 7 minutes. the Strait of Gibraltar in 2008, the 12.5-mile Swim Around Key West, the Mouth of the Potomac, the Great Chesapeake Bay Swim 11 times, and Alcatraz to the Golden Gate Bridge in previous years.
