Thomas Gregory (born 6 October 1976) is a British open water swimmer from Eltham Swimming Club in England who became the youngest individual to successfully cross the 34 km English Channel between England and France at the age of 11 years 11 months (11 years 336 days), on 6 September 1988 in 11 hours 54 minutes.

Note: his record cannot be attempted or beaten as there is now a minimum age to swim the English Channel.
