He completed a 14.4 tandem crossing of the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain to Morocco with Jordi González, Iskander Sagarminaga Ateaga, and Marcos Rodríguez on 28 June 2026 in 4 hours 4 minutes.
On 4 August 2026, he crossed the 32.3 km Catalina Channel from Santa Catalina Island to Palos Verdes in over 12 hours at the age of 44.
On 16 August 2025, he crossed the 35 km North Channel from Northern Ireland to Scotland in 12 hours 3 minutes at the age of 43.
