Helen Betley (formerly Helen Gibbs, born Helen Ewing in 1979) is an accomplished open water swimmer from the UK.

Ice Swimming Career

Water temperatures in the rivers and lakes in England drop to less than 5 degrees Celsius in winter, but undeterred, Betley has participated in the following winter swimming events:
