Kevin Shinnick
Kevin Shinnick is an American triathlete and open water swimmer from El Segundo, California and the Chief Financial Officer at Ugly Brothers Entertainment in Culver City, California.
Open Water Swimming Career
- Shinnick completed the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming in 2016 and three channels of the Oceans Seven.
- Shinnick completed a crossing of the Catalina Channel on 9 July 2016 (CM) in 11 hours 23 minutes 46 seconds
- Shinnick completed the Manhattan Island Marathon Swim on 30 June 2015.
- Shinnick completed a crossing of the English Channel on 24 September 2013 in 18 hours 30 minutes.
- Shinnick completed a crossing of the Strait of Gibraltar in 2015.
- Shinnick has served as an escort kayaker for Catalina Channel crossings.
Ugly Brothers Entertainment
As Ugly Brother’s Chief Financial Officer, Shinnick has over 20 years of television management experience. He managed the production of more than a hundred series and specials for over thirty different networks. He graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a major in Television Production and a minor in Business Management. Soon after graduation, he proudly held the role of the youngest Production Manager on a network primetime series and has managed shows for Fox Sports Net, Langley Productions, GRB, and Popular Arts and he has been Head of Production for companies such as RDF Media (Zodiak), Film Garden Entertainment, Painless Productions, and Asylum Entertainment.
