Conny Prasser, Ice Ironwoman from Germany
Conny Prasser (born 7 December 1975) is a 49-year-old German endurance athlete, Ironman triathlete, and open water swimmer from Moritzburg, Saxony. She is also an Ice Ironwoman as she has completed both a full Ironman triathlon and an Ice Mile.
Ice Swimming
- Prasser completed her Ice Mile on 27 January 2017 in Zwembad De Waterdam Volendam in a pool in Moritzburg, Germany with 4.33°C water temperature in 30 minutes 3 seconds. Her swim was ratified by the International Ice Swimming Association.
- Prasser finished 16th in the ice kilometer at the 2017 Ice Swimming Aqua Sphere World Championships in Burghausen, Bavaria, Germany.

- On 10 January 2016 at the Aqua Sphere Ice Swimming World Championships in Burghausen, Germany in 17 minutes 46 seconds in 3.9°C water temperature.
- On 31 January 2016 at the Dutch open ice swim championships in Zwembad De Waterdam, Netherlands in 16 minutes 56 seconds in 4.9°C water temperature.
- On 3 December 2016 at the German Ice Cup Burghausen in Burghausen, Germany in 16 minutes 28 seconds in 3.8°C water temperature.
- On 18 December 2016 at the ICE Cup (D+A) in Vienna, Austria in 17 minutes 1.9 seconds in 4.3°C water temperature.
- On 6 January 2017 at the 2nd Ice Swimming Aqua Sphere Championships in Burghausen, Germany in 16 minutes 45.33 seconds in 3.4°C water temperature.
- On 14 January 2017 at the Eiskönig Chiemsee in Prien, Germany in 16 minutes 47.20 seconds in 3.3°C water temperature.
- On 6 January 2018, she finished 9th overall in the 200m freestyle at the 2018 Ice Swimming Aqua Sphere German Open in Wöhrsee, Burghausen, Germany.
- On 5 January 2018, she finished 9th overall in the 1 km ice kilometer at the 2018 Ice Swimming Aqua Sphere German Open in Wöhrsee, Burghausen, Germany.
- On 6 January 2018, she finished 10th overall in the 50m ice kilometer at the 2018 Ice Swimming Aqua Sphere German Open in Wöhrsee, Burghausen, Germany.
- She was named one of the World's 50 Most Adventurous Open Water Women in 2019 by the World Open Water Swimming Association.
- On 16 February 2019, she finished 2nd in the Ice Kilometer race in 3.6°C water and 8°C air in Freizeitverein Altenwörth in Altenwörth, Austria.
- She will participate in the 21 km Vidösternsimmet in Lake Vidöstern in Småland, Sweden in August 2025.
Ironman Triathlon
She completed two full Ironman triathlons at the Challenge Roth, a triathlon around Roth, Germany held annually in July.
