Mark Papp
Márk Papp is a 24-year-old open water swimmer and Olympian from Hungary.
Open Water Swimming Career[edit]
- He competed in the 2013 FINA World Championships in Barcelona, Spain in the 5 km solo and 5 km team pursuit relay competition
- He finished second in both the 5 km and 10 km marathon swim at the 9th Cyprus International Swimming Marathon in 2013
- He finished 13th in the Olympic 10 km Marathon Swimming Qualification Race, qualifying for the 2016 Rio Olympics 10 km marathon swim
- He finished third in the 5 km team time trial at the 2016 European Open Water Swimming Championships in Hoorn, Netherlands together with Eva Risztov and Daniel Szekelyi.
- He competed in the World University Games 10 km marathon swim in Taipei, Taiwan on 27 August 2017.
- He finished second at the 2018 Australian 10 km Open Water Championship at Brighton Beach on 26 January 2018.
- He finished 3rd in the 2018 Australian 10 km Open Water Championship at Brighton Beach on 26 January 2018.
- He competed on the 2019 FINA / CNSG Marathon Swim World Series in Seychelles on 12 May 2019.
