Molly S. Bray

Dr. Molly S. Bray is the Department Chair and Professor of Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin School of Human Ecology. Dr. Bray has a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Houston and a Ph.D. in Human and Molecular Genetics from the University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. She has served as the director of the Heflin Center for Genomic Sciences Genomics Core Laboratory at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the Children’s Nutrition Research Center at the Baylor College of Medicine Genetics Core Laboratory.

She is the nutritionist for Ben Lecomte on The Longest Swim, a solo 6-8 month stage swim from Choshi, Chiba Prefecture, Japan to San Francisco, California, USA.
