Paul Fowler

Paul Fowler is the founder and coach of 100% Swimming and an Ice Ironman. The British athlete is a competitive pool swimmer, open water swimmer, cold water swimmer, triathlete, and surf lifesaver.

Ice Swimming Career[edit]

He completed an ice mile on 29 December 2013 in Shallow Water Lake, Lincolnshire, UK in 4.30°C water and 2°C air in 29 minutes 53 seconds.

Ice Ironman[edit]

In addition to his Ice Mile in 2013, he completed his first Ironman triathlon in 2010 and has since completed several additional Ironman triathlon races including a double Ironman.
