Simon Olliver is a 57-year-old open water swimmer from Christchurch, New Zealand and a member of the Aquagym team.

- On 19 February 2017, he completed a 28.6 km crossing of the Foveaux Strait from Stewart Island to South Island in New Zealand in 8 hours 53 minutes at the age of 52.
- On 5 July 2017, he completed a crossing of the North Channel in 11 hours 56 minutes, escorted by Brian Meharg and observed by Michael Glover at the age of 53.
- On 22 April 2018, he completed the 10 km Auckland Marathon Swim in St. Heliers, New Zealand in 3 hours 19 minutes 18 seconds at the age of 53.
- On 14 July 2018, he completed the 45.9 km 20 Bridges Manhattan Swim in 7 hours 51 minutes 39 seconds at the age of 54 to achieve the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming.
- On 11-12 September 2018, he completed a 19.5 km crossing of the Tsugaru Channel from Honshu to Hokkaido in northern Japan 22℃ water and 3.1m waves in 11 hours 58 minutes.
- On 19 August 2019, he completed a 14.4 km crossing of the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain to Morocco in 3 hours 40 minutes.
- He has attempted two crossings of the 42 km Molokai Channel in Hawaii.
