Troy Balvert

Troy Balvert is a pool and open water swimmer from New Zealand and a physical education student at the University of Otago who represented his country at the 2012 Oceania Swimming Championships in Nouméa, New Caledonia. He also participates in the State Ocean Swim Series in New Zealand.
