Venus of the South Seas was a movie starring Annette Kellerman and filmed on Golden Bay, Tasman, New Zealand. Released in 1924, Venus of the South Seas is also known as Venus of the Southern Seas and is a silent feature film, one of the last films made in the Prizmacolor process, and a 55-minute four-reel film.

Synopsis

The daughter of man who owns a South Seas pearl business falls in love with a wealthy traveler. Her father dies, leaving her the business. A greedy ship captain schemes to take the business from her.
