Abdul Razak Abdul Aziz is an open water swimmer, observer, and team leader from Malaysia.
Open Water Swimming Highlights
- He swam as a relay swimmer and served as the project director of the 31 km Melaka Straits Swim in the Straits of Melaka with 29 open water swimmers from Malaysia, Singapore and Peru on 21-22 July 2018.
- He organized a Straits of Melaka crossing in 1992 called Projek Berenang Merentasi Selat Melaka 1992 together with his wife Intan Siti Zarinah Jailani.
- He organized the 17 km Perhentian Channel Solo Swim 2021 between Pulau Perhentian Island and the mainland Terengganu in Malaysia by Ridzwan A. Rahim, completed in 8 hours 56 minutes 30 seconds on 21 March 2021. Ridzwan covered a distance of 19.087 km with the help of the escort crew Abdul Razak Abdul Aziz (team leader and observer), Mohd Hafizuddin Amlin (kayaker), Damien Ong-Yeoh (escort crew member), Tsuyoshi Amzar Sawada (observer), Ariff Budiman Abdul Halim (photographer), Mohd Fahmi Zainal Aripin (drone videographer) and escort boat pilots, Wan Nor Hisham Wan Razak and Azrol Mohd Yusof.
