The Ada Medjica Swimming Marathon is the 2nd race in the Serbia Open Water Cup. The 2.5 km and 5 km river swim held on the island of Ada Medjica on the Sava River in Belgrade, Serbia held in August that is part of the Global Swim Series and one of the World's Top 100 River Swims.

The course goes upstream and downstream (around the island).
